Faith was born just before Christmas Eve 2002. She was rescued by
Reuben Stringfellow just before her own mother could smother her in
a natural occurance for animals who are born with sever deformities.
Faith was born with only two functional rear legs. Jude Stringfellow
and her children taught Faith to stand and walk on her hind legs like a
person, making Faith the first fully bipedal dog in the world.
Faith's celebrity has grown over the past few years, she has been
seen on many TV shows such as Oprah, Montel Williams, Maury,
Ricky Lake, Animal Planet, CNN and MSNBC. She has also guested
on many international shows and been featured in over 200
newspapers and magazines throughout the world. She has been
tagged the "Most Photographed Animal in the World" by CNN
correspondents. Awarness of and the popularity of Faith around the
world meets or exceeds that of most "A" list actors.
Faith became a Department of Defense Therapy Dog and was
awarded the honorary rank of E5 Sergeant in the United States Army
in 2006 because of her work with our wounded men and women in
uniform. She has been to many civilian and military rehab centers and
hospitals including Walter Reed Army Medical Center. She has also
been written about in the country's leading military paper, The Stars &
Stripes including the Iraq Edition, the Kuwait Edition and the

and encourage anyone and everyone she comes in contact with.
